By accessing or using the Monk Media One client portal at www.monkmediaone.cloud (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including clients, and authorised personnel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to provide false information.
The Service offers sign-in via Google OAuth. By using Google Sign-In, you authorise us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not access any other Google services or data. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Upon full payment for a project, Monk Media One transfers ownership of the final delivered creative assets to the client. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Monk Media One.
The portal itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Monk Media One and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes client business strategies, creative briefs, and unpublished campaign materials.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, ROI, or campaign performance outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monk Media One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, and limitation of liability shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
